Sometimes I miss the mark.  The pouring/cooling process could be off a bit, wax just doesn't set right... hey, like I said, I'm not perfect nor is the process of working with natural ingredients, things happen - but I do want to make it right when things go wrong.If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Wood + Honey product(s) PLEASE let me know.  I will replace your product for a new one or offer full credit towards a future purchase.  No questions asked.
