Refund policy

Wood + Honey offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We stand by our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your Wood + Honey purchase. Please do remember though, that each product is hand poured and blended in a small home shop, not in a factory. Beeswax can be a tricky wax to work with, so it is completely normal to see imperfections along the sides where wax meets glass and on the surface of the candle. Hence our Perfectly Imperfect motto. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Wood + Honey product, please let us know within 30 days of your original purchase date, and I will work with you to make it right.

These products are my little offering to the world, and I want nothing more than for you to be satisfied and pleased with your purchase. Thank you for your support of my small business.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
