Lemongrass + Lime
Bright, herbal, and clean
While I can’t say that a memory inspired this one, my desire for a clean fresh kitchen I would say “lit the flame” in me for this candle. Nothing rids the smell of a just cooked in kitchen, than the brightness of lemon & lime.
Zesty lime and punchy lemongrass come together like sunshine in a bottle. This one’s crisp, energizing, and sharp in the best way. Smells like a clean slate and a to-do list you might actually tackle. Ideal for that “clean kitchen” aroma.
Scent Notes:
- Fresh lime zest, cut lemongrass, green herbs
- Vibrant, citrusy, herbaceous, with notes of black currant and thyme
- Feels like opening the windows and taking a deep breath
Burn it when your brain’s buzzing and you need to cleanse the air of last nights dinner.

About Our Beeswax Candles
About Our Beeswax Candles
About Wood + Honey Beeswax Candles -
- Hand-poured in small batches by a outdoor loving, f-bomb-dropping mom in Maryland who, loves hard, and gives a damn. Made with care, hustle, and late-night cups of tea (or bourbon—depends on the night)
- Made with 100% pure beeswax from a 4th-generation beekeeper who actually cares about the bees.
- Blended with a smidge of organic coconut wax so your candle burns evenly and without tunneling (because no one likes wasted wax).
- Free from the nasty stuff—no toxins, no parabens, no phthalates, no BS. Also free from everything on California’s Prop 65 list.
- Scented with skin-safe, leaping bunny–certified fragrance oils (aka cruelty-free and gentle enough to burn around your babies, pets, and sensitive noses).
- Wood wicks are natural, untreated, and bases have zero lead—because duh.
- Burns clean and releases negative ions that can help cut down on airborne junk like dust and dander. Bonus: no weird black soot.
Recommended Burning Instructions
Recommended Burning Instructions
Recommended Burning Instructions
- Beeswax is a very hard wax and burns very hot and slow. These candles should last you for a while.
- Wood wick is cut to appropriate height when new. Make sure the wick is kept to about a 1/4" before lighting. Too high and the flame can get smokey and a little wild, too low and it may suffocate in the pool of wax.
- Before relighting your candle each time, be sure to break off some of the previously burnt wick. This will help prevent smoking and assist in ideal flame height.
- It is not uncommon to hear a soft crackling sound while burning, which is why wood wicks are so cool.
- Recommended burn time of at least 2 to 3 hours to avoid tunneling.
- Tunneling may occur initially until a big enough wax pool is made, and the glass begins to warm.
- Cracking in the wax near the wick is common due to the fast cooling time and hard nature of beeswax. Be patient when lighting.
- DO NOT extinguish with water.
- DO NOT replace lid until candle has cooled completely.
- DO NOT BURN FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS AT A TIME.
- Discontinue use if glass is broken or cracked.
- DO NOT BURN when candle has a 1/2" of wax or less.

Love the scent & the way it burns cleanly!
